Pump Station
Depending on the time frame. The gentleman standing in front of the station could be Mr Meisinger. He was the father of Father Joe Meisinger- priest at Immaculate Conception Church in Clarion.
Mr Meisinger would walk from his home on Wood Steet ( beside the Methodist Church) to the station by cutting thru the woods, where the college parking lots are now and the President's home. There was a path and bridge that he would follow to get to the station. In the evenings he would carry a lantern to show his way.
