Thankful C. Hammond Gaston, wife of Athelston Gaston, who was the Mayor of Meadville, PA, 1891, et seq, US Representative, 1899-1901.

THANKFUL AND ATHELSTON GASTON.
Hi; my name is Chuck Whitton and I've got a family photo album, that I bought on eBay, with a few pictures of (Uncle Thel? and Aunt Thank?) in it. They are all original photos. I believe it is a Sibley or Ruth family album. It has that very same photo of Thankful in it as well as Athelston.
The Album is very tattered and worn. The cover is a burgundy or maroon velvet dating back to the Civil War. It is about 3 inches thick, with dozens of pictures in it.
Sibley, Ruth, Williams, Gaston, McLain families and others.
I can send pictures if you like. I tried to contact Charles Ruth Jr. but got no reply as of yet.
