Cherry Run Camp Meeting

Old photo of Cherry Run Camp Meeting which had been founded by the Methodist Church in 1868. Photo shows bell tower on back right and tabernacle on back left.
Photo taken about 1900 or right before time of automobiles.
The camp is located about 2 miles south of Route 68 between Sligo and Rimersburg in Clarion County and continues to the present time holding its annual encampment starting the last Saturday of July each year. My wife and I manage the book store during its annual sessions.
