S. Margaret Wallace was from New Castle, PA. She graduated from Theil College in Greenville, Mercer County, PA, in 1938. While there she was involved in the YWCA, Cosmopolitan Club and several other organizations. She served as Chairman of the Student Volunteer Conference.
