Cicero Peoples, born 1846 in Westmoreland or Indiana Co, PA. Supposedly died in 1875 in a flood near Johnstown. Lived in Buffington Twp, Indiana Co in the 1870 census. Husband of Mary Jane Noland (May 3, 1846 - 1920). Father of Charles F. Peoples (April 13, 1868 - Oct 20, 1929), Harry H. Peoples (1872 - Oct 20, 1890) and Effa May Peoples (1875-1904). Son of John Peoples and ____ Shrum.
