H. E. Sonneborn and Sons Amalie Refinery Luncheon
A large group of refinery workers and executives at a luncheon held by the H.E. Sonneborn and Sons Amalie Refinery of Franklin, Venango Co., PA.
E.J. LeGrand Sr. is seated at the table on the right, directly beneath the chandelier in the foreground, the man with his elbow on the table and his arm up. He was a worker at the refinery.
The rest of the men are unknown.
Photo taken in the dining room of the old Exchange Hotel (now demolished) at the corner of 13th and Liberty Sts. in Franklin, probably in the early to mid 1950s.
Submitted by Kay LeGrand Steere, granddaughter of E. J. LeGrand
