John Balser McQuiston and Vira Agnes Legg McQuiston owned and operated a small farm a few miles east of Sheakleyville, PA, in Mercer County, in the village now known as Williams Corners. They were very well known there.
Their descendants still own and operate a small general store called McQuiston's store in Williams Corners.
