Philip Wescott and the Railroad Workers
A post card that Philip Wescott, of Shermansville, PA sent to Miss Helen Jackson of Conneaut Lake, PA. On Feb 2, 1916, she became Mrs. Philip Wescott.
Philip Wescott was a railroad worker all his life in Crawford and Erie Counties. He died Oct 6, 1941 in Erie due to an accident while working on an engine. Philip was a son of Theodore and Margaret Ann Smock Wescott. Theodore and other sons Lewis and Frank were also railroad workers.
