John "Jack" Lawrence Noonan, born February 18, 1923, in Sugar Notch, PA. Died January 26, 1988, at St. Joseph Hospital, in Baltimore, MD. Priest for the Society of St. Joseph, a Catholic organization established to assist African Americans in the rural parts of the county.
