Charles McBane and his wife of 50 years, Alice Elizabeth Pugh, married March 31, 1915, at the Presbyterian Church in Beaver, PA, by Rev. J. D. Keller.

Mrs. McBane was born March 2, 1887 near Florence, Washington Co., PA. A daughter of the late George Jackson Pugh and Mattie Anderson Pugh.

Mr. McBane was born May 22, 1885 near Hookstown, PA. Son of the late Hugh McBane and Elizabeth Jane Arbuckle McBane.

They are members of the Shippingport Presbyterian Church and have farmed near Hookstown all their married life. They have no children.
