William Cairns
William Cairns was born 1 Oct 1793 in Westmoreland Co., PA. He moved to Beaver County in the early 1800s. He was a commissioner from 1810 to 1819 and from 1833 to 1836 in Beaver County. In 1861 he was elected as an associate judge. He was a Republican and a member of the Presbyterian Church.
In 1837 he moved to Industry, PA. He died there 2 May 1876 and is buried in the new cemetery in Beaver.
