People in the picture

I noticed your photo while I was searching for Information about Amanda Carlson from Ludlow PA. Your picture is very interesting to me, because it may contain one of my relatives, and possibly 3. If this a picture for Amanda Carlson.

You have indicated someone "Aunt Hilda"

My Great Grandfather hugo Bramstong, came from Askome Sweden, In searching for my ancestry, I located (Johan) Albert Bramstong who migrated to Ludlow PA, in 1923, with his wife Hilda and daughter Hjordis Kristina Bramstong. also from Askome Sweden. Askome is a very small farming town, and I believe that Hugo and Albert were brothers.

Albert and Hilda were coming to live with her sister Amanda Carlson.

however in searching for any connection information other than that they were both from Askome, I have reached a dead end and am looking for any information available.

it is very possible that J. Albert and Hilda were my Great Granduncle, and aunt, and their daughter Hjordis Kristina, might be my 1st cousin 2x removed, and possibly in this picture.

Re: Aunt Hilda

Hi I knew Hilda Bramstong. She was my grandfathers aunt. She was a pretty cool lady, she refused to speak English but she understood every word that being said in English. Please feel free to contact me.

Re: Distant Cousin to you.

Hello Brian, I am a distant cousin of yours currently living on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I grew up in Ludlow and Hilda was my grandfathers aunt. I I remember she did not speak any English but she understood the language. I believe that she had no desire to speak it. Please feel free to contact me for information on that side of our family.
