Roscoe, called Hud, McDonald was born in Washington Co., OH or Chesterhill, Morgan Co., OH in June 1886 and died in France 19 October, 1918 during WWI. He was a professional singer and music teacher. His parents were John and Mary Louisa (Reed) McDonald of Westmoreland Co., PA and Morgan Co., OH.
