Mary Jane Hartshorn McGinness

Mary Jane Hartshorn McGinness born 3 Mar 1845, died 28 Jan 1924, was the wife of Alvin Greenlee McGinness. She was the daughter of John and Lucinda McKean Hartshorn.

The Hartshorns were early settlers in Beaver County, and several of them taught school in the old one-room Hartshorn Schoolhouse, west of Darlington Township.

Mary Jane and Alvin were married in 1866 and had a family of five children.
