David Renfrew

David Renfrew

David Renfrew, founder of Renfrew, PA. He was born in 1817 and came to Butler County in 1844 and built a sawmill. In 1868 it was a grist mill and the beginnings of Renfrew.

He married Mary Kirpatrick, born 1824. Their daughter, Elizabeth, married Eratus Logan. The Logans daughter, Edith Alma married William Linn Winner.
