Incorrect identification
Hi this picture was given to me by my grandmother, twila dinger brocious. This photo is of her grandparents William Milliron and Lucetta Wise Milliron. I have an original photo and her handwriting on the back. I also have a photo of them much earlier in their marriage and it is definitely the same people.
