Mrs. Miller

Mrs. Miller

“Mrs. Miller” is written on the back of the photograph by Salina “Esther” Mohney Shiry/Shirey. When Samuel G. Mohney's mother, Maria "Catherine" (Shick) Mohney died in 1851,then he lived with this Mrs. Miller and her husband, etc. Today it would be Sugar Valley Road, and the buildings no longer stand only stone foundations. This lady is that Mrs. Miller. She would have been his Aunt.

Photograph taken by Barnes, New Bethlehem, PA.

Submitted by Clarence R. Shirey, grandson of Salina "Esther" Mohney Shiry/Shirey. Permission granted for use on this site only.
