Rand Powder Mill, Georges Twp. etc.

Does the owner of the photo have any idea of the idenity of the fellows in the picture.

My grandfather George Lehman was carrying water, and lunches to the Powder Mill the morning of the explosion. He claimed he saw a lantern moving in the direction of the Powder Mill the morning of the explosion and tried to catch up with it, and whoever was in front of him, but, couldn't. The powder mill blew up before he reached it. My grandfather always though that ground lightning or ball lightning travelling along the ground caused the explosion.

Please e-mail me about your pictures.
