Omer Victor Swaney, son of William H. H. Swaney and Lavina Victor Swaney. Resided in Haydentown, Fayette Co PA. Married Lilly Emme 1902, died in 1905 at the Rand powder Mill Explosion. 6 weeks later daughter Oma Victor Swaney was born.
