Don Walter Lewis was born in Indiana Co., PA on July 1, 1894 and died July 25, 1946. His parents were William Alexander Lewis and Nancy Malissa Shields of Indiana Co.
He married Mary Margaret Matthews at the M. E. Church, in New Castle, PA on June 6, 1922. Mary Margaret Matthews was born on November 20, 1902 in Pittsburgh, and she died June 14, 1987 in Destin, Okaloosa County, FL. Her parents were Henderson McIntyre Matthews, who was born around Oil City, and Mary Wood Cruickshank of Indiana Co, PA.
Photo probably taken in the early 1940s at their home on North Monroe Street in Butler.
