Elmer Moyer of Fox Township, Elk Co., PA. He was born May 3, 1866 in Fox Township, the son of Conrad and Sarah Taylor Moyer, Jr.
Elmer was a descendant of some of the earliest families to come to Fox Township, when it was still part of Clearfield County, PA.
He was married in 1889 to Eliza Munn, and they were the parents of five children.
