Charles Sherman Kelly, son of Esquire and Emma Kelly, was born 7 Oct 1866 in Titusville, Crawford Co., PA.
He and his brothers, Albert Esquire Kelly and Jessie Earl Kelly, left Crawford County to homestead in Hand County, South Dakota around 1885.
He married Grace Evelyn McMurtry and had 7 children with her. He died after 1930 in Hand County, SD.
