Johann Christough (John Christopher) Strickrott (b 7/13/1812 in Germany, d. 1/27/1886 in Ross County, Ohio) and Anna Margaretha Christiana Sophia Strauss Strickrott (b. 11/12/1817 in Germany, d. 6/6/1879 in Ross County, Ohio) John and Anna Mary came to the US in 1860, settling in Ross County, Ohio. They are both buried in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Ross County, Ohio.
