James Reason Coxen

Faculty member at Southwest Texas Normal School in San Marcos, Texas, in 1916.
J. R. Coxen served as a Lt Commander in the Navy in WWII, dying in 1974 and buried in Hilo, Hawaii. He also went from Texas to Wyoming working as the Wyoming state head of vocational Rehabilitation.
He married Anne E Vance, and was the father of Frances Ann Coxen and James Thomas Coxen.
