William W. Heath was from Newbury, Vermont.
He served as a Private in Co. H, 4th Infantry Regiment, Vermont during the Civil War. He enlisted in the army on 4 Sept 1861 and enlisted in Co. H on 21 Sept 1861.
Private Heath reenlisted in Co. H, 4th Infantry Regiment Vermont on 13 Feb 1864 and was killed in Wilderness, VA on 5 May 1864.
