Ida Bell Miller married Eugene Lewallen. Following Eugene's having an altercation with a man in which the man was fatally injured (perhaps justifiably), he moved his family to West Virginia from Tennessee around 1911. From then on that Lewallen family went by the name of Morris (which was the maiden name of his mother, Martha Morris).

Ida Bell Miller Lewallen Morris died in Fayette County, West Virginia, on February 22, 1938, at age 58. She and Eugene are both buried in Patton Cemetery at Meadow Bridge in Fayette County.
