Charles Kelley 1900-1981 and Georgia Mays Kelley 1902-1970. Charles is a grandson of Samuel Kelley and Elizabeth Hensley Kelley.
The Kelley Family were very simple people who lived deep in the rural country of West Virginia. They owned land and most made a living from farming.
