Nelson Goslin born Feb 25, 1834 in Jefferson, Greene County, PA, died Jan 22, 1915 in Havelock, NE. He was the son of Richard and Jane Millison Goslin, and served as a private with the 15th PA Cavalry, Anderson's Troops.

His wife, Mariah Smith was born Aug 25, 1840 in Waynesburg, Greene County and died Feb 9, 1899, in Lincoln, NE. She was the daughter of Leroy and Mary Louisa Smith. Both Mariah and Nelson are buried in Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln, NE.

Thomas Bolton Burns, known as Bolton, (1846-1911). He was born in Clarion Co., PA the son of Stephen Duncan and Sarah McKeever Torrance Burns. He served in the Civil War in the 103rd PA Vol Inf Reg Co. K. Most of his company was captured and held prisoner at Andersonville Prison. He, at the time of the capture, had been transferred to the Veterans Reserve Corps for medical reasons, thereby escaping capture. After the war he married Mary Armstrong and lived in Adams Co., NE.
