Ambrose and Mary Nancy Over Lerch lived in Sligo, Clarion County. Ambrose Lerch died in 1917. Mary Nancy was born in 1853 and died in 1947. They were married in 1871. The baby in the photograph was their first child, a son.

Photo taken in 1872 at the studio of J.W. Stover in Callensburg.

Eliza Sweeny FitzRandolph

Eliza Sweeny was the wife of John FitzRandolph. She was born in 1813 and died in 1892, probably Oil City.

John and Eliza lived in Sligo. Their daughter Jane Randolph married James Buzard in Clarion Co. Jane and James' daughter, Ella Eliza Buzard (also spelled Buzzard and Bussard) married Edward Ensley Duffee/Duffy of Butler Co., in Oil City in 1877.

Eliza Sweeny's parents are unknown. If you have any information, please let me know.

John D. FitzRandolph (also know as John F. Randolph), son of William FitzRandolph and Mary Philippa Smith. John was born in 1806 (some records say Clarion Co. His obituary says near Philadelphia and he traveled west with his father in 1810). He married Eliza Sweeny in 1829. They lived in Sligo. He died in 1885, probably in Oil City.

Marie Kroh was from Sligo, PA. She graduated from Clarion State Normal School (later called Clarion State Teachers College) in 1923.

She later married Karl Anderson and lived on Rimersburg, PA.

Harlen Saylor Reunion 1909

Harlen Saylor Reunion 1909, held at his farm near Sligo (or Callensburg), Clarion County, PA.

Harlen Saylor (1845-1916) was a Civil War soldier who served in the 45th Regiment PA Volunteers. He married Priscilla Cribbs (1852 - 16 Feb 1917) about 1868.

Harlen is third from the left with a white beard. His wife, Priscilla is the second woman to his left.

Harlon M. Saylor (1847 - after 1910) was the son of Daniel Martin Saylor and Elizabeth M. Fink. He married Priscilla Kribbs. Harlon is third from left, the gentleman in the white beard.

Edward J. and Estella Robb Sedgwick in a photo taken to mark their 55th wedding anniversary on Dec 25, 1961.

The first few years of their marriage was spent in New Bethlehem where Edward J. was employed by the Andrews Lumber Co.

In the late 1930s, he started his own business in Sligo, PA, Sedgwick Lumber Yard, which he operated with his sons, Edward L. and Ernest. The business ceased operations in the late 60s.

Edward J. and Estella Robb Sedgwick, in what is probably their wedding photo. They were married on Dec 25, 1906.
