&lt;p&gt;Frederick William Patchen was identified by Cara, daughter of Robert Wayne Patchen Sr. (He was listed only as _____ Patchen in the book). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Frederick William Patchen was born 3 Feb 1901 and died 21 April 1922. He married Alice Bines and fathered two sons, Frederick Edward Patchen and Robert Wayne Patchen Sr. &lt;/p&gt;
